Help plant willows in Upper Onion Valley Meadow
October 28 and November 4, 2018
Come help plant native willows along channels in this beautiful meadow near Bear River Reservoir.

Meet 9 AM at the Amador Ranger District in Pioneer to carpool. The meadow is accessible with AWD/4WD vehicles. If you can drive and take passengers, it would be really helpful.


  • Work clothes, weather-appropriate long pants/ long sleeves/jackets
  • Work gloves and work boots. If it rains before our work days, we may have some sloshy conditions
  • Lunch
  • Water bottle, day pack
  • Sun protection
  • We will supply the tools
