Join your friends and neighbors for a true green experience: cleaning the banks of the Mokelumne River! Have fun while doing something good for the river we all love.
When: Saturday, October 25, 9 a.m.
What: A fun day of cleaning the river's banks. The cleanup benefits wildlife and water quality while keeping the Mokelumne a beautiful place to visit.
Where: North Fork Mokelumne at Highway 26, Electra Run, and Middle Bar. Specifics sent out with registration confirmation.
Who:You, your family and your friends. Volunteers under 18 welcome if accompanied by responsible adult. Boaters are welcome to help from the river. Groups are welcome -- please contact us in advance. No pets, please.
Bring: Work gloves, a canteen, sunscreen, insect repellent, a sack lunch and your signed liability release form. We'll provide water and snacks. No alcoholic beverages, please.
Wear: Work clothes: sturdy shoes or boots, hat, work gloves, long pants (recommended). Personal flotation devices are recommended for those working by the river.

Liability Release
All participants must sign a liability release. To make things easier on cleanup day, please bring your completed release with you. Copies will also be available at the event.
River cleaners under 18 must have their release signed by a parent or guardian. Minors who are participating with an adult who is not their parent or guardian must bring the parent- or guardian-signed release with them on cleanup day.
